As the name suggests Don't Starve: Pocket Edition is the condensed version of the unique survival game that has been taking the gaming world by storm. The main character has been abandoned in a dark forest and must find food before they die of hunger.
There are no supermarkets or easy snack solutions around so gamers have to use their wits and their problem solving skills to find the sustenance they need before time runs out. They also have to build a hut and complete a range of other types of tasks and one wrong move could easily lead to death from a multitude of different threats. Despite the cartoony look of Don't Starve: Pocket Edition it is not just for kids as it can be difficult to get to grips with and unfortunately the learning curve can be rather steep which may leave some gamers feeling frustrated rather than entertained.
